KSC produced 6.9 million tonne of steel in current Iranian year
Khouzestan Steel Company produced 6.9 million tonne of steel ingots and pellets since the beginning of the current Iranian year.
Mr
Abdolmajid Sharifi MD of KSC said that 2.76 million tonne of steel
ingots were produced during this period in the company which shows an
increase of 7% compared to the figure for the same period of preceding
year.
Mr
Sharifi said that 4.14 million tonne of pellets were produced during
the period marking 12% of growth comparing the correspondent figure of
last year.
He said that KSC's developing plans aim to reach the annual production capacity of 5 million tonne by the end of 2015.
Khouzestan
steel company is the second crude steel producer of the country and one
of the most pioneer economical agencies in the country which plays a
vital role in the region and national interests.
